Great staff. I often go years without going to a hair salon because I don't pay much attention to my hair, and hair stylists often get irritated that I don't come in with a clear picture of what I want. Thanks to the great staff for taking the time to advise me about hair color/styles. As someone who doesn't pay very much attention to hair it was nice to get professional advice that was friendly/accessible and I love my cut and color! (which has never happened before) I have another appt lined up in only 3 monthsj!

The salon was great, my hair cut was so-so. I asked for only a trim and I lost about 2.5-3 inches. I've been growing out my hair so I felt frustrated that my request was not listened to.
