I was impressed with Dr. Fong. Hypnosis did not work for me at this time. However, she then changed to bio-feedback. I found that this might be the answer to my sleep problems. Consequently I highly recommend this practice and her method.

The hypnotherapy service was acceptable, but the name "spa" for the tiny facility is misleading. There is not even a waiting room. The only "spa" services offered are different types of massage, not the wraps, facials, hydrotherapy and nail services that many would expect in a "spa." This is a bare bones start up counseling, naturopathic practice that also offers massage, though "clinic" would also be a misnomer. I was kind of disappointed in the set up. Not having had hypnotherapy before, I cannot judge, but doctor was competant, I suppose. During the session, I felt a certain sense of detachment from the doctor, as if she were reading from a script. It felt uncomfortable.
