Not happy with the service provided. Had Botox for the second time and it did not do anything in the area they injected. I contacted the office twice and left messages with the office manager and finally was able to speak to her. Jessie said she would speak with the doctor and until now I am still waiting for her call. Unfortunately I would not refer anyone to this place nor would I ever go back myself. I must say Dr Armas was always very pleasant with me.

Botox was diluted and all of us got a crease in the brow. Terrible results for four people accustomed to receiving Botox treatment. They also really pressured to purchase more products. It was annoying and we'd never return

I started trying to get an appointment in november and they wouldn't give me anything until january 9th, which they later called and rescheduled for the sixteenth. The wait was too long.
