I didn't have a problem with the service provider himself, just with Pro.com. It took several phone calls over the course of 2-3 months to finally arrange for the service I paid for. Some Pro.com reps were hostile when I refused to give my credit card number over the phone. They refused to schedule without the card! Isn't the final cost of the service between me and the provider?! Are they that unsure of the trustworthiness of their providers that pro.com is afraid the extra costs would be paid "under the table"? Basic problem is that they want $$ up front BEFORE services are rendered. So if something goes wrong, the consumer has no recourse!!!!
