Great friendly, customized, attentive service. Informative without feeling like a "sale's pitch". Really glad we went there and look forward to a good night's sleep in our new bed. Leno was great.

Mike in Covington was very helpful but not pushy. He made the shopping experience very nice. I would recommend his store to anyone who needed to buy a bed.

The Smokey Point outlet store was great - will never go back to the Lynnwood one. Lynnwood was our first stop and almost tried to get our money back, but gave the Smokey Point one a try and got great service there.

Really great value and we love the new king bed. Would recommend to anyone. They are not pushy and focused on up-selling like Sleep Country.
