Originally founded as the Civic Light Opera, Seattle Musical Theatre at Magnuson Park has produced over 150 musical productions and provided theatre education for over 35 years. The company has gradually regrown its roots to take on American musicals both classic and esoteric. Located at scenic, 350-acre Magnuson Park, which sits along the shoreline of Lake Washington, Seattle Musical Theatre is spacious, with 400 seats, and has ample free parking available. In its 35 seasons, the company has premiered a number of shows in the northwest, including rarely seen productions such as 110 in the Shade.

The theater was very warm so make sure you take water, otherwise you will spend intermission in line desperately waiting to buy some, but at only $1 at least you won't go broke. The show was very entertaining, my boyfriend even enjoyed it :)

The theater was much smaller and less fancy than the first one I went too and I had back row tickets. Because the theater was smaller, even with back row tickets, I was still closer, could see much better, and heard much better, than the way more expensive tickets I bought the first time around. The actors were so talented!!!! 10 thumbs up to them!!!!

The tickets were a little bit behind but it is not a problem because the theatre is quite small and this ticket is very cheap!!
