their prices are way over the top. components are readily available for 40% less than what they charge and easily replaced. I protested when they wanted to charge me for replacing parts at exorbitant prices and consented not to charge me after I had already paid for a standard tune up. I won't go back there for service. I'll go to my LBS from now on...
