I think you have to go into the outlet if you want to redeem the coupon. Once you're there, however, it's wonderful.

I PURCHASED AS A GIFT FOR A NEICE WHICH HAS MADE VISITS TO THE STORE. I'VE DONE MOST OF MY SHOPPING ON LINE WITH THEM & THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREAT THAT WAY. I'M SURE THEY WOULD BE JUST AS GREAT IN PERSON.

I have ordered from them on several occasions, but this was the first time I had actually gone to their store. Their items are not cheap, but they are beautiful pieces of work and very well made. They also had a large selection of clearance items.
