So much fun!! Such a great workout, takes you away from gym routine. I love this place the owner is so sweet and accommodating to new people joining. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get a good workout in while learning some kickboxing technique! Love it!

I love the instructors who push you, but recognize your limits. They never make you feel badly about not being able to do a certain set, and are more than happy to work with you to create something you can do, while still getting in a complete workout. It really makes for an encouraging class.
