Wendy is an amazing teacher. This was my first hot yoga class, and she taught the class explaining each pose so it was easy for a newbie to understand.

Never sweat that much doing anything except maybe karate. Actually felt good the rest of the day. Can’t wait to go again. Wish they had a late class during the week
