Awesome Doctor and staff.
When your pet is diagnosed with something, Google it or get a second opinion. We went to Strongsville Animal Hospital for years. Never felt that it was clean or warm and friendly. Our cat Pumpkin was diagnosed last year with thyroid issues. They never told us congestive heart failure goes with it. Our cat went downhill this week and we were referred to Greystone by a friend. We went there and they were so loving and caring. Our cat went into cardiac arrest when they were trying to draw blood. They did CPR on her but it was too late. My dad died last month and this was just another hard blow that was too much to take. The staff at Greystone never met me, but they were very concerned and caring. The doctor even came out and introduced herself and gave me a hug. They gave us so much information, info that our old vet should've given us last year. Needless to say, we'll now be taking our dog Penny to Greystone and will NEVER go back to Strongsville. Our pets are part of our family and having a vet that cares as much as they did, means the world. Thank you to the ladies and doctor at Greystone who did all they could for Pumpkin. We truly appreciate it. Love Seth & Donna
Great place,highly recommend
Very friendly and innovative staff
Great people working there!
I highly rate this Vet!
Good service and really good service'
I am perhaps the fussiest puppy parent. I expect a vet to be a good diagnostician, work with me in the treatment process, perform reasonable tests for a diagnosis, and seem interested in the fur kid. This vet met my expectations. I had been to three other vets who miserably failed. One other was too far away. So glad I found Greystone who is also open to holistic treatment. Yeah I don't ask for much LOL.
Professional and thorough. Will be back.
after my experience I will never take my Pets anywhere else...the doctor and the staff were phenomenal
