I got a massage from Victor -- He is excellent and gives a very productive deep tissue massage. You have to not be afraid to tell him his touch is too deep or too light. Also remember to keep breathing deeply. Nice quiet room, warm table. I would recommend him.

it's warm in the small studio..... attended a beginners class and it was just what I needed. Plan to go back and try other classes- nice variety offered.
