Bring plenty of water and enjoy! The trainers keep an eye on everyone and are quick to help if you haven't done a given workout, before, or to correct your form if you're not getting the most out of your workout. Pleasant, friendly, and encouraging, they won't let you quit in the nicest way.

You can show up for any class. They will set you up, and then you can be assessed on Saturday. No need to wait!

Friendly & advise giving staff. Clean & convenient location for those that want to get a workout done before heading back home from their job in downtown Minneapolis. Parking in back of building & off street in front.
