When I made the initial call, I was told that the lanes were full. Then I mentioned the certificate and the person working told me right away that I could come in at the time I requested. This impressed me!

They didn’t know how to judge our time when we were in the lanes, personnel not iverly friendly, but overall we all had a good time.
