very dissappointed ... I felt the woman doing my mani pedi was new...very disorganized, slow, very slow, no difference in the way my skin is on hands and feet than when I walked in..seemed affraid to cut the cuticles on side of the nails, had to go home and finish. rough thick skin still there.. Very nice people no complaint there. polish looks great. :(
