Very good value! Food was good and staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It's been some time since I had a meal at the Ponderosa Steakhouse. It appears that they upgraded the seating. The food was of good quality, served at the correct temperature, and there was a fare selection. I had the buffet and the 10oz center cut sirloin. While I asked if cooking it medium provided a pink center (there was even a laminated card at the order desk showing pictures of how it should look at each cooking level), it came to the table closer to medium-well. The steak was very tender though and I didn't want to wait for them to make me another steak. I would say that the overall experience improved over that last time I had a meal there.

Quality of meal wasn't up to par. Salad bar wasn't very good. Meals are pricey. The value at Cracker Barrel would be better.

They prepare my steak wrong twice.The whole restaurant was unclean and service was slow.

Appears use can foot and prices is too high compare other restaurants with beller quality of food.
