I was a little hesitant to try the aerial class, but it was SO MUCH FUN, and a great stretch and strengthening. Eva is really helpful and gives good constructive feedback and help with positions. Excited to go back.

The one month trial membership provided a great opportunity to try a variety of classes. I really liked that and especially appreciated the early morning classes since that's the best time for me to fit a workout in. The instructors have been excellent and the owner is very accommodating.
