They wasted half an hour from my time trying to sale me stuff I was late to the massage and she got upset at me that I was late! I tried to explain why and she said I should have told them that I have an appointment!!! Didn't they know???

The facial was a disaster, they used alcohol in my skin and neutrogena whipies, not professional at all.

The massage therapist was nice, but she wanted to talk the entire duration of the 90 minute session and I would have preferred to just enjoy some quiet relaxation.
