I got this experience for my wife's birthday and we had an incredible time. Our pilot, Isaac, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and struck the perfect balance between letting my wife take the controls and stepping in when necessary. I love that I also got to join as a passenger to share the fun.
One thing to note is that it was a bit frustrating to actually contact the office to make the appointment. I had to call multiple times and leave several voicemails over the course of a few weeks before someone got back to me - I think I called in the middle of a staffing changeover before they ironed out the kinks. Once I did speak with a person I was more relieved. We did have to reschedule several times due to low cloud cover/inclement weather, but that's a safety issue so I don't fault the company for making sure the flying conditions are perfect for first time flyers.
Despite the hiccups leading up to our flight, once we actually go to take the lesson we had an incredible time. I'm considering booking a second appointment because my wife had so much fun that I want to take a turn at the controls myself!

My son and I had an amazing time. We got to fly over Van Nuys, Malibu, Downtown LA, Dodgers stadium, saw the Hollywood sign, mountains and even saw a beautiful sunset.

First time trying anything of this magnitude and had an amazing time. The staff is very professional and supportive. Isaac was my instructor & I have got nothing but great things to say about him. He was calm, professional, well spoken, and a great teacher! He knows his stuff really well and kept reassuring I was having a great experience, he was kind enough to answer pilot questions afterwards.
Got this for my husband for his birthday, we added the extended flight option and it was incredible. We had Jonathan as an instructor, he was thorough, detailed and very professional. We definitely recommend US aviators if you’re looking for a fun introductory flight experience.
