Was a hot yoga first timer. The class was amazing for all fitness levels. They also have other group fitness classes I’m looking into. I cannot wait to go back!!

Signed up for Hot Yoga, never have done this before. Taryn is an amazing instructor great class for any level! Definitely will be going back!

The Essence of Life experience is great! The environment is really warm, friendly and clean. This was my first yoga experience and the instructor made me feel welcome and was very helpful. Looking forward to next time!

The room is the perfect temperature and extremely clean, and the instructors are friendly and willing to help make any adjustments to your form so you don't cause an injury (if you're okay being touched; aka, pinching your shoulders in during a plank).
