You're welcome to bring your own water, but no outside food is allowed. The guides are insanely fun and even if you're afraid of heights or just a plain chicken (like me), you'll be comforted with their jokes and singing. Animals are friendly and cute -- you're in good hands!

The "fine print" clearly states... One chaperone per party guest but yet we were charged for any chaperones exceeding the 8 guest limit. I was aware I needed to pay for additional guests but there were not more chaperones than guests.
