Sam is very kind and welcoming. Mats are complimentary. Very chill atmosphere - the community is nice and you can truly do your own thing on the mat without judgement. “No frills” studio. Good sweat workout.

I love Hot Yoga Auburn- 6am with Erin is the place to be! Although all the classes there are great. I highly recommend.

I signed up it was extremely easy once I created a profile. I booked my classes. The first was tonight. As a brand new beginner the instructor was very helpful the class moved slowly through the yoga poses and stretching. I willbe return ing for more classes.
