The atmosphere was calming, the place was clean and inviting, and Laurie gave a wonderful massage. She checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Very professional.

Caroline was absolutely amazing! I had read reviews prior to booking. I have to say, every review was spot on. Caroline is so knowledgeable about the anatomy and knows exactly how to release tension buildup. She was incredible and I felt amazing afterwards. I booked a second appointment for myself and an appointment for my husband that same day!

Hidden gem. Lovely atmosphere. Caroline and Laurie are very attentive and kind. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends. The dry sauna is a must try. It was my first time and I really enjoyed it. I had my massage session with Laurie after the dry sauna. She is very professional and has healing hands. My lower back pain is so much less after one session. Looking forward to going back again soon.

Caroline is lovely and Conscious Touch is so clean and has such a calming atmosphere. My message felt great, perfect amount of pressure! I felt so great during and after! I have already set up another appointment!

Lauren gave me my massage and she really got into those little spots in my shoulder blade that needed attention. She also spoke softly to check in on how I was doing, and how the pressure was and that's it. I rebooked before I left.
