Tom was very nice and prompt. He has a cool program that will make a nice layout for you to visualize the final footprint. We didn't like how he didn't seem to have many ideas for our bathroom remodel, and some ideas didn't seem to make much sense. We said we were going to do the de-leading and demo ourselves, and his quote was still $14,000!!! (Saying that it included $2000 for materials...Our bathroom is about 8 by 10 feet.). He contracts out all of the work and doesn't do it himself, which we didn't realize. I'm sure there is something on the internet y you can download to do the same type of mapping he did. Not worth the money.
