It was awesome. Just the motivation and type of workout i wanted and needed to get me back in shape. Al is great and keeps it fun but intense! I will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Al was very supportive of every person present in a humorous manner. He motivated people to push themselves to improve their individual workout. I appreciated the fact even though I was new, he recognized I am totally visual and took time to show me a movement I was not comprehending. Great workout, just wish I wasn't missing the next two sessions due to travel! Looking forward to my next Boot Camp session though!
