Stylists need to communicate with each other if a cut request exceeds one's skill. A professional woman like myself would visit to get a great cut and highlights from the owner's reputation. Personally, I feel my cut is ok but could have been great.

Wait time is really a concern. I had the appointment at 12 but by the time I was attended it was almost 1:30. So I believe a better planning would be nice. Having said that once you are on the chair there is no lack of professionalism. Listen to every bit and applied their mind to get me a very decent hair cut. So if you are planning to go there be patient and I am sure it will pay off

The stylists were highly professional and very nice. The salon was lovely, both modern/stylish but with an elegant vintage twist to make it feel homey, charming and special. i remember way back when, when the building was a florist; its lovely that another business dedicated to bringing beauty into the world has taken its place. Then transformed me; I walked in feeling scruffy, but left feeling like a new woman.

I had done partial highlights and haircut and very happy with my experience. will recommend this salon to my friends and definitely will go again.

Took their time (I'm too accustomed to being rushed in and out!). Color treatment carefully applied and checked regularly. Had time to relax in the elegant, yet fun, salon. I should have been clearer in what I wanted from the cut, but my visit was a very positive experience, and I have already recommended it to others. Thank you!

There were some great staff and some rude staff. Overall I was happy with my results and the Eddie was great. I just wish they could not overbook so people aren't waiting.
