It is a communal space so be ok with others around u It was very calm and serene and I had no problem with hearing the therapist talk to others around me

Wonderful people and experience. There is 2-hr meter parking M-Sa, but Parking may be difficult. $5.00 parking lot directly across the street; free on Sundays.

If you are new to the process prepare for 90 minutes. Park in the lot, not on the street because you'll likely need more than an hour. Do the paperwork before you get there. Read the information on their website. Relax and try to release your stress in this safe and friendly atmosphere.
