If you have never taken a Cardio Barre class I very highly recommend taking their INTRO class to learn the moves as the beginner class is still very fast paced. Very glad I did! Bring a towel for the floor exercises, a small towel for the sweat & a bottle of water. Everyone has been very nice and the hour flies by.
