My technician was knowledgeable, helpful with moving some pieces, and painstakingly patient with my 4 children working, running, and playing in his work space. The procedure was completed in a reasonable amount of time; he even gave me tips for a few hard to remove stains and waterbased arts and crafts ideas for the kids that would come out of the carpet/off the walls more easily. My two older boya share a room. Puberty is upon them...it smells heavenly in there right now!

The young man was very nice and polite. I paid for steam cleaning which really brought back a cleaner look to my carpet. I forgot to get a card, but thanks for a job well done.
