Whatever deal you offer, make sure the customer receives all the services-if someone is not trained, then whomever is should do the service(s), not just omit it.

The atmosphere wasn't appropriate for a SPA, don't think that the person rending the service had enough experience . They had a window unit in the room where the massage was giving and it wasn't quiet enough for me to relax or enjoy .
