The manicurist was very nice but she filed my nails down way too short and she didn't apply any lotion to my hands.

Best customer service! Lovely hair cut and blow dry!! I was observing other clients too and each one was looking so pretty after they were done! Staff is expert and customer service is great! I would highly recommend twirl hair studio!!

Everyone is wonderful there, they are professional and fast but do not compromise quality My stylist is Michaela simply awesome so glad I became a member no more struggles with my unmanageable hair always look fabulous

The absolute best cut and highlights I have ever received!!!! Thank you Angela! My curly hair was restored to an amazingly healthy state! So love the massaging salon chair while having my hair washed also! I will definitely be returning!!!!

If you have naturally curly hair this is the place to go! I haven't had a hair cut in about 1 yr and have long curly hair. It is really hard to find a good stylist for curly hair.The consultation was fantastic. Elsa was professional easy to talk to and made me feel like i was the most important person in the world. She (Elsa) goes for classes all the time , she stated" things are always changing and you want to stay on top of this to be at your best" WOW where did she come from! Check out the "clubs" i.e. $59.00 for a month of color , blow out cut . Elsa did not tell me this but she did give me a "menu" and her card. Not pushy, listens, very educated, caring about how you feel, all this wrapped into one stylist.......WOW!! My daughter went to Greta and had the same experience. I almost didn't want to write this review for fear they would become very busy but a gem like this deserves to be shared. We were also offered, water, tea, coffee........ Oh she also said they have Sunday hours. A hidden GEM in Greenville!! Thank you ELSA!! Kate

Twirl is a great salon, everyone is really friendly and knowledgeable and they have amazing monthly memberships for cuts, colors, blowouts, etc!
