We arranged a group tour and Mike the co-owner walked us through the distilling process after telling the story of the building (an old movie theater) and how he and Ron came together to create this distillery. You could tell that Mike really loved his work and was happy to answer any questions. After the tour we were instructed by Ron (the other owner) on how to prepare your palette for a tasting. Ron worked to get us to smell and taste the essence of each tasting. I believe that we all feel prepared on how the get the greatest benefit from any future tasting.

Was the best experience. Ron was so knowledgeable and accommodating. My 79 year old dad is vision impaired and this was a nice outing for us to do together. The drinks are top notch and I think Ron turned me into a gin drinker, and we'll be back for more!
