The ad should reflect the actual size of the jewelry.

I was shocked at the miniature necklace delivered for the price. I certainly felt I over paid and they under delivered. The value of the necklace was supposedly at or around $89.00, (as the ad posted). When I arrived I saw the necklace I thought I’d purchased in the case priced at $99.00, but received a necklace 3 times smaller, something I would give to a elementary aged child. I was totally shocked that the necklace in the case and the ad was not provided as pictured. The photo was blown up to make the size of the necklace appear to be the one you could purchase for $99.00. It was a classic case of bait and switch, and I didn’t find it funny. In fact, when the rest of my family saw what was delivered for the price, we each vowed never to go there again. If they had not advertised the necklace as retailing for $89.00, I would not feel like I had grounds to complain. However, it is my belief that no one would pay $89.00, for the necklace provided, therefore, the $29.00, deal, felt more like a steal, in which you were the one that felt robbed. Then the more then 30 minute wait to pickup the order suddenly felt like time wasted. Again, this is all in my opinion and the opinion of certain member of my family. I would not revisit or recommend.
