The massage therapist was late. My appointment was 12:00, and she arrived at exactly 12:00. She had me fill out a sheet while she got the room set up, and she acted as if I had been to her before. She didn't give any instructions about what she wanted me to do when she finally got the room set up. I had to ask her... The massage was also nothing spectacular. I didn't feel rejuvenated upon my departure. I'd never go there again...
