I received excellent service. The people were really friendly and professional and the guy who did my hair (for a wedding) finished my hair on time and did a fabulous job, which is saying a lot considering I have hair that falls below my waist that is very curly. I would highly recommend this salon and will be back!

The service was great. They were really attentive and kind. I loved the results!!

The stylist that cut my hair only cut layers into half of the back of my head. And it was clear that she knew VERY little outside of the generic training she had received. My haircut was so bad I had to leave and immediately go somewhere else to have them fix it. And there was practically no consultation. I told her to not cut my hair above a certain length and she did and my hair looked absolutely nothing like the photo I brought.

the salon did not open on time, and I had to wait well after my appointment before the stylist begin to shampoo my hair, the stylist bumped my head with the hair dryer, and then went on to burn my scalp with the straightner. I will not ever return to the salon.

I brought a picture in on the haircut & styling that I wanted. I understood that my hair was shorter and need a shorter version. I left there with short WET hair, not styled as the group said was included. With the cut that I have, there is not a lot to do with it.
