The space is small but the classes are worth your time. Participants are spaced apart and you must reserve a spot for class. You will get a good workout with the Body Stretch class which is done in circuit style while using weights. Cardio Yoga is an excellent and challenging workout that I never expected in a yoga class but was glad that I took a chance and attended.
