The place is one of the most cleanest workout facilities I have ever seen which is a plus for me. The workouts are intense and the owner, Connie is simply awesome.

I started March 19, 2018 with Zumba and the ladies in there was asking me was I coming back tomorrow for the next class. So, I was like sure I can see what that is all about... Each day the classes is different... Every since then, I come to class 4 days a week... I have enjoyed every single class!!! The hours the classes start is a great time for me... The instructor Connie is more than just a instructor, she walks you thru the steps, talk to you, encourage you and most of all I like her because she pushes ME (she don't know that she does, but she does)... It's so much peace and joy in the classes... I will continue coming as long as she will have me... Thank you Connie... ~Tresanna D. Moody
