It’s a very great place to visit after the Falls. The kids like the place especially the toys in there. Very clean restroom and have picnic tables and chairs to eat outdoors.

It was a wonderful excursion on an interesting train with fascinating history. We took our daughter and grand daughters and because it was relatively short, it was perfect. We all had a great time and are planning on buying a family membership so that we can do it again.

It's a good idea to go online and check the schedule so you don't have to wait at the train station too long, especially if you have children. There's not much to do to entertain antsy little ones who are anxious for the train to arrive. As weather cools be sure to have a jacket or warm sweatshirt. The train is not heated. Lots of fun for every age!

Go early, due to bad traffic we were there for the last trip of the day and it would have been better to be there earlier to have time to look around and then catch the next train.

If you arrive just as a train leaves, get your tickets & then walk up the street toward the falls. Check out the incredible numbers of aging locomotives & rail cars before returning to see the rehabbed cars & locomotives at the depot.
