According to veteran photographer Debora Cartwright, two hours before sunset is one of the best times to schedule a portrait session. That way, the camera can capture kids, couples, or families as they smile beneath bright daylight and the warm hues of the setting sun. Of course, Debora also shoots at other times of the day, ensuring that she has the ideal, natural lighting for her sessions.
