This is my second time getting an eyeliner treatment and Milana was great. She was very professional and competent. She listened to me and gave me just what I wanted. Her results were even better than my first experience with someone else. The procedure tickles and your eyelids are a little swollen & itchy for 3 days but it is well worth it. I am going to start saving for the eyebrow treatment.
