It’s a beautiful facility and I really appreciated the personal attention I received from the owner and the instructor, especially since there were so many people in the class. It’s a lot harder than I thought it would be, but I was not as sore as I expected. I am going back.

I love it! Everyone could see results in only 3 classes. Building muscles in places I never could before. Low impact great if you have injuries. Instructors help each person at their ability and help rehabilitate. Love the atmosphere very comfortable and welcoming. I’m addicted!!!
