I made an appointment for a mani-pedi and was booked only for a mani - not the end of the world, but an inconvenience. However, Laura was very accommodating to set another appointment for the pedi. Otherwise, I enjoyed the experience.

Not into details: My OPI gel polish was cured w a UV lamp, NOT LED as OPI requires Therefore, nails chipped within 3 days, instead of lasting 2 weeks. Also, after my pedi, I was asked to walk across their salon floor (without salon-provided flip-flops) to the nail station. A bit unprofessional. Just be prepared to ASK for things that are normally given in other salons.
