Well stocked gym with weights, cardio, yoga room, and pool. Hottub in the locker rooms. Great deal if you are only occasionally in Sonoma!

These are nice facilities with enough parking. I enjoy the variety of cardio classes, including NIA, African Dance, and Zumba.
