The team at Wine Country Balloons was excellent and gave my wife and I an amazing tour of Santa Rosa wine country. Staff was friendly, accommodating, and lively. Directions on where to meet, what to wear, and expectations were all clearly given. Great experience overall!

Experience was unforgettable and the pilot along with the crew made it worth while and very enjoyable I would highly recommend it to those thinking of going with their significant other, in a group or just treating oneself

This was my first air balloon flight and although I was apprehensive at first I had an AMAZING experience. Scott, the manager/pilot and his crew were awesome; from making the reservation to when I parted the ride. Fun, engaging & relaxing. ThankYou!!

The support team was very nice. However, try to plan your trip on days without the lower valleys ground fog. Otherwise you will find yourself on a 90 minute journey to Lake County, and limited enjoyable viewing. I have spoken to other folks who had the same experience with other hot air balloon companies. Bottom line; you can't control the weather, only plan around it.

This was a gift. My parents were happy with the experience. On my side, I didn’t appreciate hearing that they had extra expenses that were not noted, such as having to pay for transportation to get to the balloon itself.
