Warm and welcoming environment from everyone involved. They were gentle and through. Only thing that threw me off was signs posted everywhere about not asking anyone about masks and vaccine status. I love they are allowing visitors to make their own choices but it felt a bit like they didn’t care about health of those visiting. Was worried staff would be unmasked but overall felt safe.
