I was told more than once that they would call me at a certain time and was never called on time, either occasion. I had to call again and again. The diagnosis they gave me didn't seem to match my old parts. I asked for my old parts and when I went to pick up the bike, they didn't know where the parts were located. A few days later a friend(who also had his bike fixed there), brought me my old parts from them. Being an auto mechanic by trade, it didn't seem like the old parts I was given( a fuel filter and 4 spark plugs) matched their diagnosis of "cleaning the fuel system". Also, the quote they originally gave me ended up costing me over $100 more…..and I kind of had to complain to get it lowered to that amount. I was under the impression that my carburetors needed cleaning…..but the receipt said "clean fuel system". So, to be honest….I don't know exactly what was done…which led me to question why my original quote of $200-$350 to clean the carburetors, ended up costing me $442. I just wish they would have called when they said they would and told me exactly what was wrong and what they did to repair it because I honestly don't have a clue what they really did to fix it. I do know one thing. Replacing 4 spark plugs and a fuel filter is NOT the same thing as "cleaning the fuel system" and it shouldn't have taken 4 hours of labor to replace those items. I left feeling cheated and lied to.
