Don't be afraid to ask for a little more of any item cause they don't put a lot on the first time. They are very accommodating with adding additional toppings. Delicious. They could cook the crust before the toppings are put on so the crust would be crispy. Just a suggestion. I do this at home to make the crust crunchier.
