Everybody is extremely nice. Classes are small so your trainer is always watching to give you feedback or to modified the exercise to your capacity and needs. The classes are intense but they look for a way for everybody to start from their physical condition. Just started but looking forward for the results. Plus, Easy Parking in the back ;)

You have to go to an orientation, which I guess I missed in the fine print. But the people are energetic and very supportive. No one's allowed to be mean.
