Kristell was ver nice, professional and friendly. The sauna was wonderful, sweat, sweat, swest! The music played inside the sauna was very relaxing. The only suggestion I woul make is that they provide complimentary water instead of sell 16.9 ounce bottles
for $2 each. I have visited business that provide colonic, infared spas and spa treatment and they all provided water and there was never a charge. Some even put cucumbers in the water.

Even though, because of my own procrastination, I was only able to have 1 of my 3 visits, this place reminded me the joy and importance of taking time out to enjoy a sauna. Professional and very relaxing place. It's the in the back of a yoga school, just in case you think you're lost.
