Wow, it's hard to describe the experience. We found Illetshko's tucked away in a neighborhood in one of the older parts of SSP. An old fashioned butcher shop, without the sawdust. Great menu board and display cases. Well packaged frozen items and some pork chops fresh from the case. We enjoyed one pork chop the same night. It was very tasty and might be compared to a heritage pork.
